Centring Black, Indigenous and people of colour voices.

We’re proud to elevate, centre and celebrate Black, Indigenous and racialized stories.

Efforts to diversify both legacy and independent newsrooms have largely failed, and Canadian media remains predominantly white, especially at the leadership level. This leaves Black, Indigenous and racialized communities vastly underrepresented and our stories frequently misrepresented in the news.

We are committed to bringing you independent journalism that reframes the narrative and centres our voices.

All credit card information is encrypted, sent directly to Stripe and is never sent to our website server.
